Yesterday, in the afternoon, met roshidi and went off to East coast park together for our passion run. Reach there, had a little warm up before start running. Goh what tong also there to flag off to our start. Again, we had the 1 minute of silence for Dr Goh Keng Swee. Once again i show the respect to him. Roshidi and i both also said, let's comeplete the race for Dr Goh keng swee. We did complete with quite a good timing of 30min and below :) Had fun in that run.
after that we went off differently and bye to each other.
And today, i over slept and could not wake up in time to send those sports leader off to Mount Kinabalu. Kinda the feel bad. But over here i still wish them good luck. And be safe .
